The customer has a right of withdrawal for a period of 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of his order.
We accept all returns with the exception of our products discounted during all promotional periods and commercial operations except in the case of size exchange.
The customer must demonstrate to Athippic his desire to withdraw by requesting a return to the following address: contact@athippiquefrance.fr, in order to receive a prepaid return label.
The customer must then return the items to Athippice within 14 (fourteen) days following communication of their decision to withdraw. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition, new, unworn, unused. washed.
The customer having delivered OUTSIDE Metropolitan France bears the entire return costs.
To make a return, the customer must follow the procedure indicated in the “Frequently asked questions / Return and refund” section.
We inform you that the returned item(s) will be reimbursed by Athippic using the same means of payment as that used for payment of the order at the latest within 15 days following the date on which Athippic becomes aware of the customer's decision to withdraw.
Athippic may defer reimbursement until the items have been recovered or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of these items, the date chosen being that of the first of these events. Athippic is not required to reimburse additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method. Return costs are the responsibility of Athippic if the item delivered is different from the item ordered or damaged. If the customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, in particular the return conditions, Athippic will not be able to reimburse the items concerned.

The customs declaration attached to the package must mention that it is a customer return as well as the reason for the return. We advise you to use the carrier who ensured your first delivery and to ensure that no charges are applicable upon receipt of the package.
